Context: The Chamber of Food Industry and Marketing performs a yearly study to understand the shopper marketing trends. Rodz Digital provided Pro-Bono support to help them analyze the results and identify relevant insights for the industry.
Action: Rodz Digital designed Power BI dashboards connected to the core databases that allow the client to visualize the KPIs on a simple way. The dashboards could be accessed by management, sales, and marketing to track sales territories and brand initiatives successfully.
Results: Rodz Digital developed a comprehensive analysis of the monthly consumption spent in the different demographics and shopper segments. In addition, we triangulated the results with economic and syndicated data to provide a 360⁰ view of the shopper dynamics.
