Context: Manufacturer/Distributor client reaching more than 4,000 distribution points in the island need to track key operational metrics such as distribution, returns, sales, etcetera. It was important to visualize the trends and goals up to the product level in order to implement actions plans to resolve it.
Action: Rodz Digital designed Power BI dashboards connected to the core databases that allow the client to visualize the KPIs on a simple way. The dashboards could be accessed by management, sales and marketing to track sales territories and brand initiatives successfully.
Results: The KPI dashboard became an essential tool during weekly operational meetings, initiative tracking and priority setting. Key measures like distribution and returns improved significantly behind the tracking tool.
